I have longer curly hair. Usually have no issues with 30 minute blow outs. Got there early. After my shampoo, my hair was not brushed entirely so it started to dry while completely tangled. I came in for a $40 Tuesday Blowout which is a great deal. I told my stylist I had tape in hair extensions in and she proceeded to blowout my hair. I complained about the heat burning me a couple of times, and when I left I was satisfied with the style she did as I had requested loose waves. After leaving I realized she had used way too high of heat and force on my extensions and the tape ins were all sticking out and falling out. Waste of money and time
Booking my appointment was easy. Caitlin styled my hair for a gala. She listened to all my concerns and I left feeling like a princess!!!
Impossible to get appointments here, I had a blow dry package and over 20 blowdry's and asked them to freeze and cancel me several times but they never did, they just kept adding and charging me for blow dry's which I can never use do to the booking issue and billing me. The last straw was when I went in and got a blow dry finally with Sherice who was on her cell phone texting while she made me wait, also the washing staff was on her phone while I had my head in the sink waiting.
