Store was fine. On delivery of the massive modular couch, all of the boxes were left in the middle of my drive way. When I called the store I was directed to the small print in an email chain that states they leave the rubbish. If i had known that to be the case I would not have done business with the store.
The service in store is fine, it’s the after sales that is a problem. Our $5000 lounge was ordered December 2024 and delivered in March this year. Straight away we noticed one of the sections was misaligned and the back section wasn’t long enough so puckered. What should have been a simple remedy (seat remade) has bizarrely dragged into multiple technician visits, countless emails, texts and a complaint to the Office of Fair Trading. Great service excellent information and quality product. Lead time can be long on new products but the display stock that is sold is a real win both on price and delivery time. Oh and if you did not know Plush are part of a single bigger company who offshore their product being manufactured away from Australia. I bought a couch from Plush Townsville, the local sales team were great, however I have had the worst experience with Plush customer service. Someone spilt water on my couch which left a mark. I followed to plush stain remover kit instructions to the letter and the mark just kept growing. Plush had me going back and forth recommending professional cleaners that don't clean fabric couches or operate in Townsvile.
