Very disappointed. Bought a couch on 23/12, I asked if there would be better sales on boxing day, as I said I was happy to come back then. Was reassured (by the manager - Rebecca) we could change the order as it was only tentative and the manufacturer wasn't open over the festive period. Come boxing day, there were better sales, asked to change and was told (by Rebecca) no as I was outside my 2 day window (which I'd argue I was within the 2day window as who counts Xmas day...). The whole couch buying experience was made easy! We attended the store a number of times and the staff were very patient! We ordered and paid for our couch and delivery was booked. We had to reschedule twice and even the telephone support were patient and kind. Cannot thank Plush enough for their amazing service
