Nope not worth it. Wasted my money on a scheduled appointment and was way too late to make a new appointment somewhere else before the holidays or else I would've flew. Super bad management and the worse was service by Jackie. Please learn to value each and every one of your customers instead of doing a fast poor job to get to your next customer. I can go on and on about your poor service here but it would be pointless really. Will never go back for such ridiculousness!

I love this salon - wish I could bring the whole crew - Dottie for color/hair style, Lisa for acrillic nails, Deb for pedicure, Crystal for waxing - with me when I travel! Been a customer of many of the Plush staff since 1989! A+++ for professional services - there are also nifty boutique items and the staff is fun!

I have been going to Plush since they opened their doors. I previously went to Envy for my hair, nails, and pedicures. You couldn't find any more caring, friendly and hard working girls! From all their fund raisers to just the converations I look forward to going there not only for their service but for their frienship.

I have absolutely no complaints with plush hair salon. I've been going to the same woman when she was at envy and now here. The staff has always been fantastic and I always, always get tons of compliments when I'm out about my color and cut. Two thumbs up here!

I went there today and asked if they could fix a brassy at-home color (not major damage, just a little more orange than I wanted). They basically said they couldn't do much for me except maybe foils - someday, MAYBE if I made an appointment sometime. They said I should wash my hair extra for a couple of days - then tried to sell me a $16 shampoo for two days worth of washing out the color. I said no thanks. The first time I went, I paid $100 for a WASHOUT hair color that I was under the impression was permanent. I called, and they took no responsibility. The next time I show up for a hair cut, the woman was having someone else who I think was only an assistant, do her clients for the day due to her burned hand. You would think they would have the decency to call the clients before their appt and ask if they mind having someone else do their cut.
