Terrible and very questionable company. Do NOT rent from them. I booked a property through VRBO managed by Mark Dennis with Plus Vacation Rental. Horrible experience. Cancelled my reservation two days after it was made and confirmed and blamed "VRBO system" issues for the cancellation and that is was already booked through some other app and VRBO didn't reflect the dates as already booked. Property owners, guest, & cleaners be aware of this company especially Mark Dennis. I’ve been a cleaner for a property that they handled for 3 yrs. He collects from the guest $250 cleaning fee, which he only pays me $100 & doesn’t credit back the owner the $150. I spend 5 hours at this property cleaning & do a very good job & this is what I’ve been paid.
