This place is an absolute joke. If you have issues that you would like to be taken care of go elsewhere. I would not recommend this office to anyone!!!!
I went to urgent 8/13/26 I was having chest and back pain I hurt to even to breathe. Overall not feeling well. Mr Propst seen me...had an x-ray. He came back in to tell me it was BAD, real BAD!! He said my windpipe was closing. I needed to get to a ER immediately. Of course I was scared to death. I went straight to Valdese ER since I live relatively close. I told the Dr what Mr Propst at urgent care told me. The ER Dr ordered a CT scan, labs, they monitored my heart, vitals, the whole works. RESULTS: IT WAS MY GALLBLADDER/ S... read more
Scheduled an 8:30 appt, didn’t go back into a room until 9:00. It is now 9:30 and still haven’t seen a doctor. Hmmm! Kind of ruins the whole experience.
Staff is very friendly and courteous.
