I took my husband to been seen for a severe sinus infection that he has had for over 3 weeks now due to over the counter medicine not helping. My husband works late hours (in ASHEVILLE) and didn't make it home until 6:30, took a quick shower then we went straight to urgent care to be seen. Staff was very attentive and responsive. NP did great job with care and procedure. Knowledgeable and caring.
The hours say open until 4pm... I got there around 330 because I just got off work. There was nobody in the waiting room. They couldn't see me because they were at 'capacity' for the day. Why are you open until 4 if you aren't going to take patients until 4? It's not like I showed up right as they were locking the doors. What happened to caring about the patient?
