Went for a facial late night with my husband. We were asked to pay up front prior to the service, which I understood due to the last minute/ late night reservation. My spa tech decided to answer phones and cash out other clients during my treatment. After my "treatment" concluded, I asked to use the restroom, in which there were filthy towels on top of a washing machine. Absolutely underwhelmed and disgusted, I will never return.
I had Jimmy and was amazing
Mia is so sweet, kind and funny. She knows how to adjust her massage style as needed. Recommend 👍
