Bottom line, rented from them for 8+ years, received notice to move so they could sell. But no, back on the market at over $500 more. Love the house, leaves a bad taste for this company and their ethics. I sure didn't want to move. Aside from conversations stating that I would like to stay in the property if it were to remain a rental.
I wouldn't trust them to rent from... They care very little for their renters

Horrible experience from beginning to end with PPM. They can't seem to communicate with each other to make a pleasant experience for renters.
I rented from Plus and they were always so nice, prompt, and professional. Best property mgmt co. In Bend- hands down!
