This place is the best place for parents to bring there children. My son was only 8 years old when he started at Plus One Defense and it has been the best decision we ever made for our son. My son is 14 now and it has helped with his confidence, self esteem and just has given him a good character quality about him. This academy has more martial arts classes available than any I have ever seen. Excellent instruction. Nice teachers. Easy to start. Beginner friendly. Same price to study as many styles as you want. Convenient.
