Unfortunately we never got to experience his service he showed up 3 weeks ago we had a damaged panel he said he would order the panel and I never ever heard back. I texted him to the number he texted me from no response I called him twice now response called today he said he had gone out of town and then he said that the panel was not in stock no call no response no panel garage door remains the same. Awful customer service, he did say he was sorry.

Carlos is a true professional! We have been using them for the past 4 years and most recently this past Thursday. Our garage broke at 2 PM and by 2:30 PM Carlos was on site and inspecting my problem. His work is genuine and prices are fair.

There is not much worse than heading out to work in the morning and realizing your garage door is broken. I made a call to A Plus Garage Doors and within a few hours, Carlos was at my house. I didn't even have to meet him there, which is a huge plus! He fixed the broken door and serviced another door that was in desperate need of some TLC. The doors have never run so smoothly. Worse customer service. Unprofessional and incompetent. The tech that came on the initial visit did not fix the issue. He had to come out 3 times to fix what he should have checked on the first visit. The tech placed an additional garage door button making additional holes in the wall. He left the old one in the wall, so there are now 2 buttons. Very unprofessional job. Carlos was great! I thought I was going to have to replace my opener. When Carlos arrived he looked over the unit and determined he would be able to fix the unit. Saved me $300 which I very much appreciated. When my opener does need replaced or for any other garage door needs, I will be calling A Plus Garage Doors hands down!
