Certain issues (cable machine and building aircon) remain unresolved due to disconnect between operations/management and corporate, but in-house management does everything they can to address this within their constraints. Genuinely a great gym, but needs some love from corporate.

Everyone is really kind and inviting, state of art equipment, I feel stronger & confident in my body Great for meeting like minded people. Best gym
cables and machines break a decent amount, aircon is pretty bad, water is room temperature. at least it's the cheapest legit gym in mona
