I signed up for the gym with a 4-week free trial and a PT promotion. The receptionist told me a trainer would reach out soon, but I never heard from anyone. I was also told I’d get a reminder text a week before the free membership ended, but that never came either. The day before my trial finished, I called to ask about canceling my membership. Keenan is my favourite staff member. I've been coming to the gym for a couple years I like the new equipment and the staff members are realy helpful.
