Having been to a few plus fitness gyms in and around sydney i thought after 3 days of enjoying my xmas break around central west nsw i thought it would be a good idea to hit the gym before heading back to Sydney later on today... 24/7 and closed today I am fairly regular and I use the showers as I live in a van. I saw the lady there and pleaded for a shower

This has to be the best gym in Bathurst. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. The gym has all the equipment you could possibly need, and is clean and well-organised. This is the only gym I have ever enjoyed going to, and it is easy to stay motivated and consistent.
