Plus Fitness Darlinghurst is a great gym. It’s got everything you need without being overcrowded, which makes training so much easier. The staff are friendly, the vibe is good, and everyone who trains there is easygoing. Plenty of personal trainer options too if you want a bit of extra help. Really solid local gym, highly recommend.

Great gym with a clean, modern atmosphere and excellent facilities. The space is utilised so well and there is a wide variety of high quality, well maintained equipment, so it’s easy to get a full workout without waiting around. The locals are respectful and friendly and staff are welcoming, knowledgeable, and always happy to help, which makes the experience even better.
