Outdated gym lacking in good equipment. the '5 weeks free no lock in contracts' promo is clearly a lie as once trying to cancel my membership 3 weeks into the 5 i was denied and told i'd have to pay for an extra 4 weeks. T&C's or not, why promote a trial to encourage people to try out a gym just to try to trap them in. So much for a "FREE TRIAL" 🤦‍♂️

Used the gym for over a year & it just got worse and worse. I made many complaints about the cleanliness of the gym that were essentially ignored so I’ve switched locations and I’m so glad I did. They’re more focused on their online presence and than customer service and the state in which the facilities people are paying for, are being left in.

Unhelpful staff that are always on their phones scrolling on tiktok or instagram. When you inform them of a machine that needs either a part replaced (bent metal cables) or simple lubrication of the tracks so they don’t get stuck, they give me attitude and didn’t solve the issue even after weeks of notice to the point where my dad brought in his OWN LUBRICATION TO LUBRICATE THE MACHINES for us and everyone else, when we informed the staff about this they didn’t even say thank you for us doing them a favor. This place is fantastic! It’s big and clean, and the equipment is all new, providing everything I could possibly need. Zoe is a great person—she’s always so kind and ready to help.
