Excellent space for fitness. Well maintained. Amelia the manager is great! At peak times it's pumping and a bit hard to get the machines you want, off-peak is amazing and chill. I've been lifting with Alex, a trainer here, for a year: he's excellent!
Convenient location & staff very friendly & professional.
