I have been training here for a few years. A nice size gym with a good variety of equipment that is well maintained. Membership cost is very reasonable and you are not locked into a contract like some 24 hour gyms. Broad demographic of members so suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels/body types. I highly recommend Plus Fitness Gregory Hills! The facility is always clean and well maintained, creating a welcoming environment from the moment you walk in. Meet the owner Greg, he is very professional and helpful. Can’t believe it’s 15 years old, they are maintaining it very well compared to Emerald hills

Good gym. Caters nicely for the average gym goers. Don't worry if your body is less than perfect there is a good demographic that work out here. The issue of santisation equipment especially after hours has been resolved by the owner and there are wipes and other cleaning equipment available 24/7.
