Our family have been customers of Plus 1 since it was owned and operated by Tim and company. The transition to the new ownership was relatively smooth and the service and customer care we receive from Dustin and Joe and the service technicians is 5 Star. We tell our daughter's friends (whom we refer to as our kids) to go see Joe and Dustin. ONE STOP SHOP, HONEST AND WORLD CLASS SERVICE I have been going to this place for years and the one thing that brings me back every time is HONESTY which is rare in this service industry. These people never try to oversell, or sell stuff you never needed in the first place.
