My child has been a patient of this office since birth! He's almost 12yrs old now. All 3 of my children were patients here. They were patients of Dr. Herbers and Dr. Rudolph(who retired), prior to Dr. Plurad. My son has been sick for 3days, so I made an appt yesterday for him to be seen today at 920am. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE! The staff is very very rude. I guess my daughter missed an appointment that I was unaware of. When I called for a sick visit, I was told they would not see my medically complex child who has had a fever for 3 days and whom is a very high risk child due to her medical conditions. I was told they canceled her as a patient because we missed one appointment. We had never missed an appointment before. I never received any phone calls, texts, or emails about any appointment. The office people are really not nice. I asked to speak to the supervisor. The supervisor was even more rude.

Rude reception clerks, go to another clinic, no one deserves to be treated badly, especially when they refuse to receive sick children just because they are few minutes late (definitely less than 10 minutes)
