I'm happy the gross bed bugs are gone. But I am LIVID at the fact I specifically told them NOT to heat treat certain items for my own comfort and for the fact there were other ways to get rid of them IF there were bed bugs present! They not only opened a stuffed animal that was SEALED for 20 years and moved it around, but also heated flowers from a wedding and RUINED the bouquet by making them fall off.
