My girlfriend has been living on campus at a university in Saint Paul. She has had a huge silverfish problem. The university is contracted with the Plunkett’s in Fridley. My girlfriend has put numerous complaints each and every week about a silverfish problem. She told me Plunkett’s comes out weekly to investigate problems around campus. I moved into a my home in October. The previous owner had a contract with Plunkett's because of a mouse problem and the package included an initial visit, with one follow-up. I was handed Plunkett's phone number at closing, and told to call them for the follow-up. When I called I found out that the previous owner had declined the follow-up. The person who identified himself as "the owner of the company" told me he was going on vacation for a week, and to call then, and he would happily come out for the follow-up. How nice! Not satisfied with this service when it comes to the outside of my house. I have a big house and I just feel like they just come, look at the house, pretend to spray something and they leave all within 10mn of arriving and then charge you for a poor service. I have spider webs all over and I went to inspect outside after he left and nothing was done. He didn't even go in the backyard. I didn't not see any spray anywhere around the house. Called to cancel my service with this company.
SHAME ON YOU! I've seen your trucks out this week. I saw one parked outside a home and one parked outside a store. You are putting your workers at risk, business owners/home owners at risk and other patrons at risk. You should follow the lead of other businesses and service "emergency situations" ONLY. I'm guessing pests/rodents wouldn't be considered an emergency situation unless it's so bad that it's a health concern. PLEASE STOP PUTTING PROFITS ABOVE PEOPLE AND THEIR LIVES!
