Brock is a wonderful representative for Plunkett’s. He’s always on time and efficient in his checking of traps and activity. In addition, he’s extremely pleasant and professional! He keeps us well protected.
They charge you $375 just to walk in the door. The tech ripped off a piece of asbestos tape, that shouldn't have been disturbed and did so right in front of my wife, potentially exposing her to dangerous particles. Tech was at our house for 30 minutes, didn't come up with any solutions to solve our problem. They simply said, that smells like a dead mouse and you will just have to let it decompose over time and the smell will go away. With a $375 charge just to show up, there is no motivation for these techs to actually solve... read more
