7-8-2025 Kyle is always helpful when I have time to discuss the surroundings and process for the session. Our job is to maintain a defense against home invasion by insects, rodents, and other animals. Kyle made time for me due to a bee infestation and got the service done quickly. He recommended the kind of service I should need for my home as well, and I purchased a contract!
I would leave zero stars if that were a thing. Jason came in a total of twice. The first time he showed up and immediately started disregarding everything I said and rushed me through and flashed the flashlight quickly and didn’t listen to me when I tried to explain what was happening. I constantly repeated myself after he’d ask questions I already answered. The second time was even worse. The Tech was awesome he told me what he was looking for as we went from the basement to the top floor ,then we went out side ,I showed him the bait boxes for the termites all around the house and patio,he was a true Professional. 👍
