This contractor has four open lawsuits against him for poor quality of work and not completing the work but keeping the money. I hired Plunkett Construction to remodel one room back in October. They collected the 50% deposit the next day. In the three months since, they have damaged my HVAC system, completed three days of work, and have since stopped doing anything. Do not hire them. They haven't finished my small remodel which was supposed to take 4 weeks. Now almost a year later it's not done. Unfortunately I trusted them and paid them in full when they said they wouldn't do me wrong and wouldn't forget about me. And all the lies they told me during the times they said they would be here and never showed up. Do yourselves a favor and use someone else.
Poor quality work, unfinished job, no permitted work on plumbing and electric(won’t pass code) lack of communication. Deadline after deadline missed. Pushy operations manager, project manager made promises they never intended to go through with. Feel free to reach out to me if you intend on hiring this company.
