When our store furnace broke down in -15 degree weather and it was only 13 degrees inside, Plunkett Propane arrived quickly to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately it was unable to be repaired but they installed a brand new furnace and we were warm again in no time. They kept everything clean and tidy and didn't disrupt our business at all. Excellent customer service, fast, reliable, and knowledgeable. Last year it was -20 and when I arrived home our furnace had stopped working…it was 5:30 pm. I made a few calls and Plunkett’s Propane showed up and had us up and running in no time with a part on order. This year we decided to add a propane fireplace to our basement and we went right back to Plunketts to complete the job and they are fantastic and so easy to work with! Thank you Trevor and crew!! 😊
Came up to the house today, temperature was reading 40 Degrees. But by being female, I wasn’t quite sure what to do with it so I just called Plunkett and a nice young lady there named Virginia, ran me through a couple of options to check and all in all we worked it out and it was the batteries in the thermostat very nice of them to do that instead of charging me a service call. I. Will call again if I ever have any problem.
Top notch company from the front office to the field. My furnace failed at the start of a cold snap (naturally) but Trevor and Owen came to the rescue within a day. Fast, friendly, competent service!
