My husband wanted a tube propane heater installed in the garage. A appointment was set up but but 2 days before the appointment thier house hold got the flu,Virgina called and asked to reschedule as not to pass it on we thought it was very considerate of her. This is a fantastic company. Virgina and Trevor are wonderful people to deal with. Very down to earth and realistic. They have " quality over quantity "values. Excellent work ethics. Would highly recommend them.Very resonable .
Trevor and Virginia were absolutely phenomenal in making sure my mom had reliable heat. What could have been a stressful situation was handled with incredible dedication and care. They made multiple visits, thoroughly diagnosed the issue, completed the necessary repairs, and never gave up until everything was working perfectly. Their persistence truly paid off. Came up to the house today, temperature was reading 40 Degrees. But by being female, I wasn’t quite sure what to do with it so I just called Plunkett and a nice young lady there named Virginia, ran me through a couple of options to check and all in all we worked it out and it was the batteries in the thermostat very nice of them to do that instead of charging me a service call. I. Will call again if I ever have any problem.
When our store furnace broke down in -15 degree weather and it was only 13 degrees inside, Plunkett Propane arrived quickly to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately it was unable to be repaired but they installed a brand new furnace and we were warm again in no time. They kept everything clean and tidy and didn't disrupt our business at all. Top notch company from the front office to the field. My furnace failed at the start of a cold snap (naturally) but Trevor and Owen came to the rescue within a day. Fast, friendly, competent service!
