Excellent customer service, fast, reliable, and knowledgeable. Last year it was -20 and when I arrived home our furnace had stopped working…it was 5:30 pm. I made a few calls and Plunkett’s Propane showed up and had us up and running in no time with a part on order. This year we decided to add a propane fireplace to our basement and we went right back to Plunketts to complete the job and they are fantastic and so easy to work with! Thank you Trevor and crew!! 😊
For anyone looking for a new furnace, I highly recommend Plunkett Propane Services Ltd. Their prices are the best around and Trevor knows his stuff, inside and out!! He went above and beyond our expectations and Virginia is a sweetheart to do business with. He got an early morning call from me and came right over to fix the issue. Turns out it wasn't even his issue, it was the propane delivery service we use. You guys are the best!!
Plunkett propane services is an easy recommend. I appreciate their quick responses, courteous service and attention to detail while installing and relocating my propane furnace.
Have contacted this business several times. The first call I was told they’d look into schedule and talk to technician and get back to me. A week and a half later and I called and was told staff had gotten Covid (understandable). I was told again that they would look into schedule and talk to technician and get back to me in a couple days. It’s been another week and a half. Trevor did a great job of on stalling our water heater and a couple of outdoor barbecue hookups but forgot to glue the joints on the PVC exhaust outside and took my furnace tag and sugested I misplaced it when I have no reason to touch it. Sent me a photo copy. Some other very unprofessional stuff as well
