My husband wanted a tube propane heater installed in the garage. A appointment was set up but but 2 days before the appointment thier house hold got the flu,Virgina called and asked to reschedule as not to pass it on we thought it was very considerate of her. This is a fantastic company. Virgina and Trevor are wonderful people to deal with. Very down to earth and realistic. They have " quality over quantity "values. Excellent work ethics. Would highly recommend them.Very resonable .
When our store furnace broke down in -15 degree weather and it was only 13 degrees inside, Plunkett Propane arrived quickly to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately it was unable to be repaired but they installed a brand new furnace and we were warm again in no time. They kept everything clean and tidy and didn't disrupt our business at all. Even though they were working outdoors in that very cold temperature, they were professional, efficient and kept smiling. We can't thank them enough for their exceptional response time and... read more
Trevor and Virginia were absolutely phenomenal in making sure my mom had reliable heat. What could have been a stressful situation was handled with incredible dedication and care. They made multiple visits, thoroughly diagnosed the issue, completed the necessary repairs, and never gave up until everything was working perfectly. Their persistence truly paid off. Not only were they highly professional and knowledgeable, but they were also genuinely kind and proactive — even going the extra mile to contact the propane supplier... read more
Excellent customer service, fast, reliable, and knowledgeable. Last year it was -20 and when I arrived home our furnace had stopped working…it was 5:30 pm. I made a few calls and Plunkett’s Propane showed up and had us up and running in no time with a part on order. This year we decided to add a propane fireplace to our basement and we went right back to Plunketts to complete the job and they are fantastic and so easy to work with! Thank you Trevor and crew!! 😊
For anyone looking for a new furnace, I highly recommend Plunkett Propane Services Ltd. Their prices are the best around and Trevor knows his stuff, inside and out!! He went above and beyond our expectations and Virginia is a sweetheart to do business with. He got an early morning call from me and came right over to fix the issue. Turns out it wasn't even his issue, it was the propane delivery service we use. You guys are the best!!
