My husband wanted a tube propane heater installed in the garage. A appointment was set up but but 2 days before the appointment thier house hold got the flu,Virgina called and asked to reschedule as not to pass it on we thought it was very considerate of her. This is a fantastic company. Virgina and Trevor are wonderful people to deal with. Very down to earth and realistic. They have " quality over quantity "values. Excellent work ethics. Would highly recommend them.Very resonable .
Trevor and Virginia were absolutely phenomenal in making sure my mom had reliable heat. What could have been a stressful situation was handled with incredible dedication and care. When our store furnace broke down in -15 degree weather and it was only 13 degrees inside, Plunkett Propane arrived quickly to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately it was unable to be repaired but they installed a brand new furnace and we were warm again in no time. They kept everything clean and tidy and didn't disrupt our business at all. Top notch company from the front office to the field. My furnace failed at the start of a cold snap (naturally) but Trevor and Owen came to the rescue within a day. Fast, friendly, competent service!
Excellent customer service, fast, reliable, and knowledgeable. Last year it was -20 and when I arrived home our furnace had stopped working…it was 5:30 pm. I made a few calls and Plunkett’s Propane showed up and had us up and running in no time with a part on order. This year we decided to add a propane fireplace to our basement and we went right back to Plunketts to complete the job and they are fantastic and so easy to work with! Thank you Trevor and crew!! 😊
