Sadly, despite assurances from the company, after 6 months we still can’t even get a building contract from them. Constantly told to expect things next week, then next week comes and it’s pushed back further. Eventually, months have gone by and you’re still sitting at the start line. Frustrating doesn’t even begin to cover this feeling. Absolutely taking a toll on mine and my families livelihood. Wish we’d gone elsewhere.
Waiting for titles on our land but wanted to get the ball rolling without signing anything official. Wanda met with me this morning and she was fantastic. No doubt i will change my mind about where I want things a couple of times but she made this a great experience, thank you
My wife and I have previously built a home through Plunkett which was finished to a high standard and at a very reasonable price. When deciding to build again, for our forever home. We considered a few options of builders, but Plunkett suited our needs best. We spoke with Aldo Fazio a few times as we investigated different blocks and he was always happy to help, even after a few blocks fell through. He was such a great consultant, and we highly recommend him to anyone considering a new build.
This is our second home built with Wanda Chan, and we’re very happy with her service again. She was very helpful throughout the whole process, from the initial design to the after-sales support.
