I had Wanda coordinating my plans and quotation throughout the process. She was always prompt, professional, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explain anything I was unsure about, and was always willing to accommodate any changes or concerns I had. Her communication and support made the experience smooth and enjoyable.
It’s my second time building, second time with Wanda - the consultant and first time with plunkett homes. Everything has been sailing smoothly despite the fact that building cost has gone up significantly over the years. Definitely love her service!

We had a great experience building with Plunkett. Both our consultant and building supervisor were great. We went for the mid-century coastal facade. The build took a bit longer than the other houses around the estate that started at the same time or just after us, but we are happy they took their time doing a good job rather than rushing it through. The finished product is great.
First time building and we are so lucky to have been helped through this process by Wanda Chan. She helped us make changes, listened to what we wanted and made recommendations and she was extremely patient when I changed my mind again and again Thanks so much Wanda
