Overall we had a great experience using Plunkett. It did take longer than expected to get the initial plans and contract done but once that was sorted the house was up in under 12 months.

We honestly couldn’t have asked for anyone better than Aldo to guide us through building our new home! He has been absolutely amazing from day one — so knowledgeable, informative and genuinely caring. He always gets back to us straight away and has made the whole process feel so easy and stress-free. We’re now in the contract administrative phase and have had nothing but the best experience so far. Aldo is an absolute credit to the team, and we couldn’t recommend him highly enough! 🏡❤️

Plunkett, and their representative Aldo; have been great to deal with from the get go. If federation houses (anything from their modern styled range, right up to full scale replicas of old ones) are your thing; they still have the expertise to do them properly. They do chimneys, fireplaces, arches, all the good stuff (proper masonry). Aldo himself is a champion: works his ringer off day and night. This is my second time building a house, and we chose Plunkett because our initial experience with Michael, our Sales Consultant, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, professional, communicated extremely well and gave us a lot of confidence in our decision to build with Plunkett. We were genuinely excited to get started. If I could turn back time I would not choose this builder. Do yourself a favour and run for another builder, save yourself the stress and misery of building with Plunkett homes. Don’t be fooled by the smooth start. Significant delays, consistent administration errors, costs, poor communication, unusual staff turnover over. There is clearly something going very wrong with management inside of that business. Don’t do it!
