Not happy at all with the build from start to finish. Went through 4 prestart people, went to construction and they lost all paperwork. Was told had to go back to Osbourne Park to redo selections Went through 5 supervisors. 20 months to finish the house. PCI house clean was never done properly twice and we still need to clean paint of bathroom tiles and dirty grout. Cladding around house carpenters couldnt cut a straightline if they tried. I am absolutely thrilled with the service and quality provided by Plunkett Homes. They are genuinely a premium builder, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. My house was completed in just 13 months, which is quite remarkable and speaks volumes about their efficiency and dedication. In these days 13 months is truely amazing. Overall the whole journey went pretty smooth once the built started which is why I recommended Plunkett Homes to 3 of my mates already.
Plunkett have built multiple homes for our clients athe the majority are very happy. The quality has been as expected and they have completed the majority of homes on time. I will continue to use Plunkett where needed.
Absolutely crap. I have lived in a plunkett homes for 13 years and been plagued with problems. The toilet is 120mm out of place. The verandah ceiling has been mould ridden since built. The supplied appliances have broken. The list goes on!
