It was my first time doing a sauna/cold plunge session. It was a relaxing atmosphere. I would recommend Plunj to anyone wanting to give it a try. The staff was very kind and helpful. I’ll definitely be back.

Amazing experience from the time I walked through the door to the time I left. Felicia made sure to show me around, explained how everything worked and where to put my belongings. Checked in throughout the session to make sure I did not need anything. Cannot wait to go back.
Every time I've gone it's been a great experience. The sauna and cold plunge are always the perfect temp and the customer service is top tier!! I highly recommend!! 10 out of 10
