The team have been amazing, especially Rhiannon. I have purchased a robot based on Rhiannon’s recommendation and it cleans my pool perfectly. All the chemicals they have recommended to get rid of black algae and maintain the pool have worked perfectly. The chlorine sticks recommneddd by Aubin have also taken some manual work away. Cannot recommend the team more.
We just purchased a property with an older pool and had no idea how to operate it. I did an online search and the reviews for this business seemed very impressive. So I called and Rhiannon answered and I must say, the service and follow up since has been exceptional. Tim came out and gave me a very thorough handover and we ended up purchasing some equipment from their store.
