This has got to be the worst apartment complex in all of Columbus if not the state of Ohio. Courtesy of Elon Housing Management all tenants are now subject to cockroach infestation due to the improper handling of infestation services. Lack of notice (we are talking less than 24 hour notice to evacuate the apartment with the threat of a fine) and months with no follow up. THIS IS MY SECOND REVIEW AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE!!!! But you know what they did send? A $140 bill after moving out with no explanation, and its getting sent straight to collections with no previous letters to inform us about it. THE MISMANAGEMENT IS OFF THE CHARTS!!! My last review got over 1,000 views over the course of two days. Its very obvious that the managers are well aware of the ABUSE!!! Disgusting business practices. I came but to look at some apartments the office lady was so nice and sweet. She’s very nice to talk to and she means business. I seen some places super cute loved. Also saw some neighbors and they were really nice!! Would recommend!!
Plum wood apartments is an amazing place for first time renters or anyone looking for new apartments. Very spacious, well maintained units and friendly staff. The office staff does a good job at getting back to you about any inconveniences. Been living here for 2 years so far me and my family love it.
