Pharmacist went out of her way to call a different pharmacy to get my insurance info, which I forgot so I could soothe my 7 month old who had thrush and an ear infection. She did this without me asking, just stepped right in to help. He cried the whole time, she never for a second made me feel bad; filled the prescriptions in record time and made sure I had tylenol or motrin before I left.
