Okay after living here a year, I will not be renewing my lease. From finding melting wax PAINTED over on the windstill, and a stained pink drawer, with multiple what seemed to be glue stains in the carpet from previous owners, I cant say this place is worth $1,485 a month. I had one of the shelf's in the closet by the door almost fall down because they didn't install the pole on both support beams, just one, causing the weight of the clothes to pull it out. The structure, building, and apartments are really nice. Management has their issues, including greed. Rents are jacked up every year. My girlfriend lived there for 3 years and kept a very clean apartment. Never had any complaints and the rental increases every year made it impossible to afford. Then when she moved out we had the place spotless. Cleaned behind and under the stove and fridge, cleaned every single blind, every light fixture, inside and outside every window, the window tracks, etc... It was move in ready when w... read more
