Absolutely wouldn't recommend!!! Been putting off leaving a review but this issue is the ultimate. Had a plumbing issue 7/3/26. Call the office at 10:30am said someone from maintenance would be coming out. 3 hrs later I called back office staff stated the same thing. My bf called a 3rd time they said the same thing. Finally someone did come out. Said a plumber was doing another job then he was coming here next. Well guess what???? NO ONE CAME!!! The price of the units for the square footage is compelling, as is the location. The landscaping is also very lovely. However, it takes ages for maintenance work to be done after putting in requests, and the buildings are falling apart (water intrusions, rotting wood planks in the balcony, shoddy fixtures and electrical work, etc.) as a result of neglect. This is my third year living here, and will hopefully be my last. If you need to stretch your budget, it may be worthwhile but otherwise look elsewhere.

First of all the pictures make the apartment look big but they are very small. Aside from that we always have a maintenance issue and I literally have to call every few days, weeks to find out when things will be repaired. My apartment has flooded with just normal rainy days, we also thought water was coming through our bathroom flooring and turns out it was not clean water.... read more
