We moved from Texas to Plumtree in late October and it has been nothing but a negative experience. It is by far the worst apartment we’ve ever lived in. First of all the pictures make the apartment look big but they are very small. Aside from that we always have a maintenance issue and I literally have to call every few days, weeks to find out when things will be repaired. I’ve lived in Plumtree in three different buildings sine 1993 M-P-Z Now going on 33 years here .
I didn't want to have to do this, but I am fed up with my wife having to struggle to clean the bathroom. I have been dealing with leak issues in my bathroom for over a 2 month now, and they still haven't been able to resolve the problem. Initially, water was seeping into my bathroom from the toilet in the apartment upstairs; they called in professional plumbers, yet the problem persists. The WORST apartment complex I have lived in. PLEASE do yourself a favor and DO NOT live here. They lied to us on numerous occasions. It is not the best area, and they told us when we were moving in that the locks on the doors would be fixed soon, the entire year we lived there they were not fixed. The leasing agents seem either really uneducated or untrained or both?
