Living at Plumtree has been a very disappointing experience. There is a serious pest problem—roaches and mice are common, and in some buildings, it feels like an infestation. Even after submitting proof and complaints, management often dismisses the issue and suggests residents are responsible because “no one else is complaining.” As a result, nothing gets resolved. I have lived at Plumtree Apartments for about a year now. I have loved this apartment living complex ever since my boyfriend and I moved in. The leasing office agents are super friendly and understandable when it comes to my many questions about any issues occurring inside of the apartment complex. Maintenence does take a bit to get to work orders due to short staffing, which is understandable with me as there are many buildings on the apartment's property, as well as making sure the lawn's grassy areas are kept cut at most ... read more

I really enjoyed my three years at Plumtree, the staff are super friendly and I’ve always felt the neighborhood was pretty safe!
