Helped my friend move nice apartments would love to rent if I ever moved to Lansing!
I have tried to hold my tongue for a long time hoping that the leasing office would prove me wrong but after 9 months of inaction I cannot stand it any more. I am a current resident at Plumtree apartments as of 4/2/2025 and my roof has been leaking since August 2024, attached is an instance of this leak that happened on March 4th this year. Every time it rains and every time the snow melts the sliding door to the balcony, which I'm sure is an upcharge on rent, leaks. I have lived here since July 2024 and I have nearly no positive comments. The two positive things I can say about this place is location is great and the renovated units are nice. We didn’t have internet for the first month living here because Isabella told us the wrong way to set it up, even giving us the wrong carrier - and on top of that, our outlet and cord to connect to any internet was stripped and our maintenance request seemed to be ignored. My wife kids and I have been living for about 4 months here. the 3 bedroom apartment is spacious and comfortable. The indoor heated pool is a great amenity. The front desk girls are very welcoming! Isabella is so nice and friendly, made the process of moving easy.
I love Plumtree. I lived here many years ago and would recommend. The pool is amazing and warm in the winter. The pool has always been my favorite! I lived in a classic which I loved, but the new renovations are to die for!
