I contacted this firm for a small job and they initially stated that they would help me design my shop building. However after contacting them after 3 or 4 weeks of wasting my time, they stated that they don't do residential projects. I was very disappointed, and consider it extremely unprofessional of Robert S. to do⁷ì such a thing. Now, I wouldn't hire them to build or engineer a bird house for me!!
Troy has cost us weeks on our job, has tried to charge us change orders even though the scope of work has not changed, and only agreed to finish after we brought up the possibility of legal action. Unresponsive to calls and emails, multiple missed deadlines. Do not recommend.
My worst experience dealing with an engineering company! The engineer drew a plan to modify and correct the current building to the codes without finding out what type of building materials have been used! and without finding out the measurements for the foundation! After her plan was approved and I hired a contractor to do the job, I found out that her plan does not match with the building which she was supposed to modify.
