Extremely disappointing customer service. When an issue arose with a service I paid for, Plump responded with a blanket “no-refund” response rather than any meaningful attempt to resolve it. It took repeated follow-ups over several weeks before the complaint was even properly reviewed. This is not how a reputable establishment should treat its returning customers. Matter remains unresolved.

What determines a company is the consistency and delivering their product! This company has it! They have a real gem no pun intended Diamond is such a great asset to this location! Used to visit her down in Williamsburg. She recently moved into the city with the company. It’s something about that location also everyone that location are so warm and welcoming.. ❤️

If you are considering a skin membership, I would not recommend it. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my overall experience with Plump has been disappointing. There are too many other options in NYC that provide a much better experience for the price. Between the lack of organization, poor communication, confusing membership policies, and unresponsive customer service, what should have felt like a premium experience ended up feeling like an expensive chore.
