Let me preface this by saying that I reached out to the business prior to writing this review in the hopes that they would be willing to discuss my negative experience. They did not respond. I was in last week for a deluxe pedicure which is $69 before tip. It was by far the worst pedicure I've ever received. I left the salon with thick, still wet bubbly nail polish and unevenly trimmed nails. I immediately came home to remove the polish and file them myself, as they had done such a poor job. The ladies here are super nice and the space is cute, but I’ve tried out this place twice and have not been satisfied. My biggest problem is that the lady I had was so aggressive and actually caused me a lot of pain during my appointment which is the opposite of a relaxing experience. Both times I have gone here I have left bleeding because they rip off your gel polish, push back the cuticles so aggressively, and then cut your skin while taking off your cuticles. I made an appointment online and then got a call a few minutes before my appt time they were behind and needed to start 20 min late. When I arrived at the time they told me they’d be ready, I had to wait another 15 minutes after I arrived, so I just left since I had another appt to catch. It didn’t look clean and don’t recommendz

My new place. They did a wonderful job! My nails look beautiful and spent a lot of time getting them back in shape after a not so great last manicure.
