Sales rep left me waiting for almost an hour and then ‘told’ me I had the wrong time. In spite of the fact that I wrote it down and repeated it back twice in our initial set-up call. Quite sassy and rude. Not a good representative for the company. Moving on. I’d rather find a company who treats customers with respect.
