September 15th, 2025 I had an issue with my moen tap in my kitchen. Jesse came and fixed the issue. Very polite, prompt and professional. Jesse fixed the tap very quickly and talked about the benefits of having a moen tap. I have used Plumbwize before. They never let me down. Reasonable rates and price is always discussed beforehand. Booked for an appointment on Friday, was charged $270 and they couldn’t even diagnose the source of leak. The technician says I have to leave after only an hour and left the clothing store with a big hole that was not even cut with attention. They booked me for Monday and today they say we don’t have confirmed appointment and they don’t even try to book another one or answer your calls anymore if you don’t agree with them. If you meant to call your self a wise plumber, you are far from that.
We had unexpected clogged drains overnight and we were devastated after seeing sewer water overflowing on my first floor bathroom. I left a message to Plumbwize and Jason called me sharp at 7 am! And the same day around 10 am, Chris came by and solved our problem within 30 minutes! What an amazing experience!!! Friendly, honest and professional! They are very straightforward and efficient.
