Called for a sewage backup at 9:20am, was told I would hear back shortly from a plumber. They called back at around 9:30am, and let me know they would be here between 10am and 1pm. Chris and Marcus arrived around 10:45am and had the drain cleared within the hour. Awesome service from Chris and Marcus. Explained everything they were doing, answered all my questions, upfront about costs, and knowledgable. Hoping I don't have to call them again, but definitely will for future plumbing issues!

September 15th, 2025 I had an issue with my moen tap in my kitchen. Jesse came and fixed the issue. Very polite, prompt and professional. Jesse fixed the tap very quickly and talked about the benefits of having a moen tap. I have used Plumbwize before. They never let me down. Reasonable rates and price is always discussed beforehand. Booked for an appointment on Friday, was charged $270 and they couldn’t even diagnose the source of leak. The technician says I have to leave after only an hour and left the clothing store with a big hole that was not even cut with attention. They booked me for Monday and today they say we don’t have confirmed appointment and they don’t even try to book another one or answer your calls anymore if you don’t agree with them. If you meant to call your self a wise plumber, you are far from that.
