DJ did a great job repairing a loose toilet. He installed a new seal, replaced the rusted bolts with copper floor bolts, and added several missing base bolts to ensure everything was secure and properly aligned. He also cleared the dryer lint access to the outside and verified proper airflow at both ends.
I reached out to Plumbwise late on a Sunday afternoon for a repair. It wasn’t a true plumbing emergency, but it was a major inconvenience being I had to shut off the water to the entire house after my failed attempt to address the issue .
