My water heater went out last week. I contacted PlumbSmart and told them I was leaving town and they said don’t worry about it at all. I left them a key where they could get into my house and two days later when I came back my new water heater was installed and everything was working perfectly. Outside of the fact that I had a new water heater you would never know that they were there. I’m very happy with their service and the product. Thank you PlumbSmart!

This plumber was sent out by Lowes to disconnect and reconnect plumbing after new counters were installed. The tech did not leave enough hose out for sprayer to reach into sink...plenty of hose left under counter. Instead of adjusting the legs to bring dishwasher up to new counter height, the tech bent the mounting clips up leaving about a 2 inch gap between dishwasher and counter top. Guy was nice enough but wasn’t much help for the gas hot water heater that had a pilot light that didn’t stay lit. Pilot light wasn’t even tested and was told better to just get a new heater with estimate of over $2000. I googled and quickly saw that pilot light not being on is almost always a bad thermocouple. $10 later and in 10 minutes I had it running and heating water.
