My agent get this plumber fix the water tap leaking, after tenant moved in they find the water tap they changed the water pipe leaking still, they went back and charge me again. Explanation is there are two different leaking. If you change a water tap but not check water pip you put on leaking or not, what type plumber you are? Don't use them. They are just rip off you and not responsible for the job they done.
