Incredibly rude wouldn’t let me stop on the road to let a little old lady know she had a flat tire. Absolutely lost it at me in the car. I can only imagine what his customer service is like. Sorry, I wasted 30 seconds of your time in a car. It doesn’t hurt to be nice mate.
I have just had a hot water system replaced by David. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with him. He was very thorough, and very efficient. I highly recommend Thanks David.
Very poor experience. My property agent used this company to fix a leaking cistern. Although they fixed the valve (at a very high price), they recommended replacement of the whole toilet suite when the toilet or cistern is not broken. I despise tradespeople who look to take advantage of property owners who are landlords.
I have used Plumbsmart professionally and personally. I have always had a pleasant experience with David and the team. They have changed multiple hot water systems with professionalism. When my hot water system needed to be changed they were quick and precise and was very happy with the service. There response time is second to none and can’t thank them enough. David and the team are knowledgeable and willing to give a helping hand, will definitely continue to use there services in the future if needed.
