The store closes at 3 pm on Saturday. I got there at 2:58. Mr. Jim found the part and gave me the Do It Yourself knowledge to replace a Delta Delux Shower Cartridge. I appreciate being treated with respect when I go into a store. I will be visiting this store again.
When all else fails, these guys will have it.
I came here today for a shower stem. I couldn't find it at the orange big box store so I brought my old one here. The guy behind the counter was so helpful and so nice. He immediately knew what part to get. You just can't find places like this anymore.
