Had an urgent delivery needed Ordered on the Friday. Said they’d dispatch it on the day, didn’t actually dispatch until Tuesday - and it got sent on the next Friday! Ridiculous. Then it got sent back for an unknown reason because address was wrong. The address was correct. Now they want to charge us another delivery Poor service, poor communication, poor policy and extremely low quality service Better off using the other stores and not supporting this business
I ordered my package and BAM—Thunderstruck! The delivery was so fast, it felt like it rode in on a Highway to Hell at full throttle. No delays, no excuses—just pure rock ’n’ roll. Five stars, because this kind of service is For Those About to Rock, I salute you!

Excellent customer service and thorough product knowledge regarding the spare parts I needed to get my Seeley Breezair Evaporative Cooler EX190D back up and running. I was even able to speak to a real person over the phone, which was a bonus. With free delivery or the option to collect if you’re in a rush, I couldn’t ask for more.
