These guys are fantastic - Was chasing a replacement Hot water Circ Pump and being quoted upwards of $1,500.00 by other National retailers They were able to offer a high quality alternate product for under $350.00 and shipped same day by Express Post. Its so great to find a business where the people working there have brilliant product knowledge and fantastic customer service Thanks Again Steve Tasmania
Purchased a PT1000 solar roof sensor. Appeared to work but after a lengthy install found the sensor to be faulty as it never varied it's temperature reading. Unable to secure a refund or apology. I would not recommend this company.
Bought a part for a gas log fire I have. Started with one of the older guys being extremely rude. When I asked if my $265 part doesn’t work (because it had no original packaging or instructions and just in a plastic bag) can I return it. He said no because what if you break it. Well well………. It’s taken 6 months to figure out why my heater still won’t work and had that part tested to find it hasn’t worked from the start!!!!!! Rude service and sell parts that don’t work
