Since moving to colorado and purchasing my new home, I wanted to add my personal touch to my home. I went online, looked at the reviews for many different companies, and came across plumbline, which showed favorable ones. Outstanding customer service. These guys came out to give a quote and were very informative. Highly recommend.
Everything was ok, until I requested an itemized invoice. Then I received a call from a person named Rand. He told straight out that Plumbline does not care what I. He nor anyone else can help me with my request. All I want to know is what I paid for on an itemized list showing the prices of each line item. Rand stated that the information requested is a proprietary secret. I will never do business with Plumbline unless provide transparency in their billing practices.
