Very prompt. Notifications as promised. Technician was personable and explained everything. Everything was taken care of. Would use them again!
Plumbline techs and supervisor were very helpful and helped start a clam for the repairs needed to my sewer line.
Tech came out and diagnosed the problem as a bad fan motor for the exhaust system. Stated they could not get the part. Told me they would need to replace the unit, $8000 to $12000. I went on line found the fan and motor, exact replacement for $300.00 delivered. Waited 3 days in a very cold house, replaced it myself in 15 minutes. Heater is working as it should.
