This company installed a water heater for me and the same day it had a leak! I found out from another plumbing company that the heater was not installed up to code. They added a lever shut off, but also left the old turn valve shut off that started leaking. The plumber also pointed out three other violations. 5 days after reporting the leak, do you think they've called me or came to fix it. Aden and Frank were great! They came out to evaluate the problem first and ordered the replacement parts. They returned to install the hot water heater and new toilet. Very knowledgeable and answered all questions. Excellent customer service!
