Thomas and another guy came to my house today to look into a leak. (sorry I forget the other guy’s name) They arrived on time, were very professional and personable. Thomas was very knowledgeable, he knew exactly what my problem was and they fixed it within an hour. I will definitely use them in the future and I highly recommend this company.
I had a slab leak and called Plum and Tricks for help. Thomas and Aiden showed up right on time, and from the moment they arrived, they were the picture of professionalism. Can’t recommend them enough! Thomas and Logan were awesome. The fix was easy and took minutes, and they talked me through the problem and solution. They arrived earlier than expected (after calling to make sure that was okay with me). They were incredibly polite and personable, even took their boots off at the door since it’s muddy and wet outside. And the price was great, I even left a tip. Will definitely be using them again!
