I hired this company to install a water softer, they plumbed it in reverse. It took over a year to get this issue diagnosed; everything that water touched is ruined, my faucets, my washing machine, my fridge…. The damages are 15,000.00. I had to have a new well pump installed. When I contacted this company about their error, they said they would come over to discuss, they cancelled, twice. I contacted this company on a Wednesday evening and scheduled an appointment for a burst pipe for Friday morning. 16 minutes before my appointment time I was messaged and told that they wouldn’t be able to be on time because of an emergency. This is my go-to team to fix all my plumbing issues. And we have had so many. Always professional, kind, courteous, and fairly priced. They go above and beyond every time. I can’t say enough good things about them.
Answered the phone on the first ring, got to the house and assessed our septic problem, got the specialized tool and solved our issue in less than 3 hours. Super friendly, clearly explained everything they were doing, cleaned up after themselves, affordable and huge plus local! 10/10 definitely will be calling again
