FIxed my leaking shower perfectly. It was a pain for such a long time, so thank you for taking care of it.
I was looking for a local plumbing company to come to my home and replace my toilet in the master bathroom. The gentleman that came out was very kind, and he knew exactly what he was talking about. I was looking for a newer toilet, and something that was energy efficient, without costing a fortune. I chose a toilet based on his recommendation, and I could not be happier.
The technician that came to my house was very professional and knowledgeable! He addressed the problem and had it fixed in no time. He had all the parts on his truck, which made the process that much smoother. The work he did was fantastic, and I will definitely be using them in the future.
I called Plumbing Today because I was having an issue with a toilet at one of my rental properties. They called me back right away, and sent a technician to the property. They had the issue fixed within an hour, and the technician was excellent.
Back in October, I needed to have a leech field dug up - I was clueless as to what this was too but they were able to get it taken care of quite quickly! I had several estimates done by other companies, but they had the best price and the nicest techs. I had to also mention how well they cleaned up my yard afterward. LOL.
Matt the main person who runs this company, is not trustworthy. He sends his technicians to give out incorrect estimates, once you agree and the work begins, then they change the numbers stating that the catalog that the technician had was outdated almost 4 years old. So yes at first they seem reasonable with their prices until they are half a way in the job, then everything changes. I needed a new hot water tank, since we're currently redoing my parents home, and they were able to come, bring me a new tank, took the old one out, and clean up their mess. My husband was even impressed!
