Failed the final inspection. . . After the final payment was made (prior to the final inspection), Plumbing Tech Repipe Specialists basically disappeared on us. It took a lot of calls and emails to get any response. When I could finally get in touch with them, we scheduled appointments, only to have them not show up on four occasions. When they finally arrived nearly 3 months after the failed inspection, they made light retrofits not up to the request of the city inspector, and we failed an additional inspection. It been 3 week since I got the wrong tube installed. Every week there an excuse on why can’t come back and install new bathtub. The walls were cut as you can see it looks terrible. Very unprofessional and enjoys wasting people time and money . I took off 3 day of work for him not even show up. I been texting and calling Just to be ignored and left on read by the company owner. I am very unhappy with the service and the job. Not to mention the bathtub doesn’t fit nor does it hold water so my toddlers can take a bath
The owner needs to improve his customer service skill and make sure his work is finished and correct before demanding customers for money. That is not how to do business. Not a professional company.
Third time I’ve used. My technician was great and Rosie at the office was super accommodating. Highly recommend this company!
