We had a main water leak under our driveway. Stressed out of our minds. We cut up some of the cement trying to find it with no luck..I called a few plumbers to come quote us, had one company at our house looking at the issue so i had to cancel plumbing solutions of idaho to come out because i didnt want 2 plumbers there at once. Tom was our service man who came to help with our problem. He was kind and explained everything he was doing. He worked hard on cleaning our drains and kept at it until he was successful. Tom was excellent and I appreciated his honesty. A tech from another company recommended a new water heater, but Tom showed me how the problem was likely misdiagnosed. He took the time to explain the likely cause of the issue and recommended some free steps I could take to prolong its life (it’s only 8 years old). He could have just given me the bid and sold me a water heater. I was impressed by his honesty and willingness to teach me and show me things about it.
