Luigi was the plumber sent to fix our issue with our Navien Tankless Hot water Heater. He turned out to be a great representative for this company. He was courteous, patient, professional and very knowledgeable about our particular model and quickly figured out why our unit stopped heating the water. Luigi had our unit up and running by the next morning with the appropriate part and taught me how to clean the air filter on the unit to help prevent the problem that occurred with our heater. Luigi from Nolasco Plumbing performed the annual service on our tankless water heater. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He is very familiar with Navien tankless water heaters and is certified by Navien to install and maintain their units. He pointed out that the gas connection used by the company that installed the unit (not Nolasco) was not to code. He replaced the connection as part of the service at no extra charge.
