When the freeze happened we had a pipe in our bathroom burst. They quoted over the phone, it would be $850 for them to come out and fix it. I felt it was pretty high but given the situation I could understand. Once they got out here they said that now the job was going to be $1,900 because they would have to cut through about 3 ft by 2 ft of tile. That we could either pay that or they could leave.
