Do not recommend! My mother used them to install a garbage disposal. After the work was done, her dishwasher no longer worked. They came back out and said that everything was installed correctly so it was probably an issue with her dishwasher. She contacted another repair man, who came out and identified that the problem was related to the installation. We used VPS through our home warranty. They were very good, efficient and professional. Within the hour or so the two technicians came out to replace our water heater. One of them was one who worked with us prior to this service on a plumbing issue and had mentioned it in a conversation. It showed us that VPS cares about their customers. It was overall a very good experience. I would recommend!
Decided to try this company when I needed to replace my garbage disposal and was charged over $400. When I asked them to give me an estimate of the cost before the work was done, they told me they couldn't. The labor alone was $300. I'll resume using my original plumber.
Matt and Cole are a great representation of the company. They know what they doing and are quick to make changes if needed. After several quotes we feel the pricing was fair and we did ask for a quote up front as this was a full day of work for the team. We would use this company again in the future.
We have used Plumbing Service Co for many, many years. They have been awesome! They are responsive, courteous and reasonably priced.
