I contacted Plumbing & Rooter Service on a Sunday evening because our kitchen sink was clogged and stuff was coming back up. They were able to come the next morning at 7am, right on time. Antonio and his worker were able to fix the oil clog in my kitchen drain after about 4 hours of snaking it. They diligently worked at it since the clog was pretty far down (we live in a condo building). Jose and William did an excellent job from start to finish. First, when they came to look at what the job would be and give me a quote, they were extremely thorough. Jose was able to understand the exisiting gas pipe situation, even pointed out that there was a line that ran to my heater, something I did not consider. He laid out exactly what he was going to do for the installation and talked through all the options and variables. Also, the quote was excellent for the job!
